Executive – Flight Operations (Aviation)

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinating with medcial cell for Class 1 initial / renewal.

Pilots Licence renewal through eGCA (CPL, ATPL, FRTOL, RTR, FATA etc)

Licence endorsement through eGCA (P1/P2, IR, ELP etc)

Applying for security clearance and FATA oral Exam for EXPAT Pilots.

FRRO / Visa renewal for EXPAT pilots.

Applying for Visa for Aircrew (schegen, Thai etc)

Coordinating for SIM slots with various (Approved) SIM facilities.

Arranging logistics for pilots traveling for SIM (travel tickets, accommodation, FOREX etc)

Any other task given by Operations Dept.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any Graduate / MBA / PGDM.
• Working experience of around 2--5 years or plus in any Airline on similar role/position.
• Punctual, committed individual and ability to perform under pressure as per operational needs.
• Computer literate having competency on MS Office incl. MIS/reports/planning/ drafting mails.
• Fully conversant in Hindi & English languages. Knowledge of local language will be an advantage.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to politely yet effectively interact with a wide range of senior leaderships/ employees across the company, business partners and associates.
