Job Description

Answer incoming calls professionally and respond to customer’s grievance/queries
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
Provide product and service information to customers
Research required information using available resources
Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
Route calls to appropriate resources
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Complete call logs and reports
Other duties as assigned

Required Candidate profile

Min. Graduate/MBA/PGBDM.  

Fluent in Kannada, Telugu, English & Hindi is 'MUST' for this position.

Working experience of around 2-3 years in any organization on similar position. 

Preferably from Engineering, Hospitality or Service industries.

Excellent vocabulary & polite command in professional conversation.

Computer literate having competency on MS Office incl MIS/reports/mails.
