Job Description

Ensure effective network management and route analysis planning and monitor to achieve goals.
Responsible for network plan, reservation system and on-line booking.
Conduct periodic review of revenue targets & initiate steps for growth.
Find creative solutions for revenue generation.
Maintain good rapport with OTAs, travel agents and carry out road shows for increasing passenger share/ revenue.
Capable of preparing good network planning & periodic review as required ensuring profitability with good yield
Strategic corporate thinking and leadership qualities.
Excellent interpersonal and quick learning skills.
High level of commitment, punctuality with accountability and integrity is must.
Punctual, confident, ability to mix with people and establish professional understanding.
First time quality performer and on-time reporting.
Must be able to handle pressure having multi-tasking adoptability.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows and data compilation experience.
Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
Able to professionally & effectively interact with a wide range of individuals including senior leaderships/employees, associates, business contacts and various external officials.
Independently carry-out varied assignments using proper methods, tools & procedures.
Generate required MIS/reports and ensure distribution /closure of issues.
Communicate with respective stakeholders incl stations/offices for any requirement or updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate / MBA / PGDM.
Ideally 3-5 years in Airlines Network Planning & Route Analysis Management.
Takes initiative and able to lead the team to achieve the goals.
Candidate must be numeric, able to analyse numeric data and take relevant decisions.
He/she must be able to analyse situations and formulate solutions.
Computer fluency on MS Office incl. MIS/reports/planning/drafting mails/proposals/presentation.
Fully conversant in Hindi/English languages. Knowledge of local language will be an advantage.
